【食】槟城 威省 - Ikan Bawal Hitam Goreng yang segar lagi rangup lazat 里里外外卟卟脆的煎黒鲳鱼 妈妈的味道 于 Warung Kelapa Sawit Jalan Tok Kangar

小时候有时妈妈买到小小黑鲳,就会来道
煎小黑鲳。这个是我好喜欢的1道。每条小小黑鲳被煎到里外都脆脆的,很爽口好吃,我可是连鱼骨都可以吃下去,很好下饭的。不过呢,自从到槟城读书,开始游子生活后,甚少回家亦或者回到家因为妈妈未必可以顺利买到小黑鲳煎,所以已经很久没吃到这个了。

不是LGZ带我来的话,真不知道这Juru小路Jalan Tok Kangar里头这么热闹且藏着1间令我这么喜爱的1道妈妈的味道。
来到威南生活以来,除了可以随时入岛逛街找吃,印象中这个煎黑鲳鱼最得我喜爱。毕竟是儿时记忆啊!不过,坏坏的LGZ不懂为什么这么迟才带我去。不过呢,或许是基于它的营业时间吧,将近中午才开,然后只做午饭时间,迟点儿去,鱼可是会被卖光光的哦!生意好得很!所以时间不可以太迟哦。再加上礼拜日没营业,又离开工作地点太远了,所以。。。我也没很经常到哦。不过却时不时就会很想念这里(的煎黑鲳鱼)。就如这次到槟城走也被我列入要打卡的地方,只可惜我忘了现在是斋戒月啊,它家可是马来档口,没有营业啊!所以我扑空了,伤心哟!
大家似乎都在等着什么。。。不就是那煎得热腾腾,噗噗脆的煎黒鲳鱼。
我随便选了条黒鲳,他就拿了盘饭,鸡蛋、豆芽、几条咖喱羊角豆,叫了2杯水。(应该是待会进岛再吃,所以这餐就这样简单随便吃了。呵呵)


这里的煎黑鲳是要配这他家调配的辣椒黑生抽吃才是绝配!感觉上他家比妈妈的味道还要赞,呵呵!(可能妈妈老人家老了吧,亦或许较有健康意识了,最近煎的黑鲳不够脆,不如以前的爽口了。)

啊,快点开斋节!从前的斋戒月与我无关的,现在这个时候是因为等斋戒月过了才能尝到我的噗噗脆煎黒鲳啊。。。坏坏的我。嘻嘻。

Vesi MELAYU

Ikan bawal hitam goreng ialah salah satu makanan kegemaran masakan ibu saya. Selalunya, ikan bawal hitam yang digoreng mesti bersaiz kecil (lebih kurang atau lebih kecil daripada saiz tapak tangan saya). Disebabkan saiz ikan sebegini susah dan tidak sedap dikukus, maka paling bestnye adalah digoreng. Dulu, mak menggorengkannya sampai setiap ekornye rangup dari luar sampai ke dalam sehingga tulang ikan pun boleh saya makan. (Bolehkah anda membayangkan betapanya rangup dan lazatnya ikan bawal goreng yang mak saya masakkan.

Namun begitu, jarang dapat saya marasakan masakan ikan bawal goreng ini sejak saya mulai menuntut ilmu di menara gading USM dan bekerja di luar. 
Sejak bang ku membawa saya makan di Jalan Tok Kangar ini (tak pernah saya fikir, terdapatnya sebuah restoran yang terkenal dalam Jalan Tok Kangar ni. Lebih lebih lagi, ia adalah antara makanan kegemaran masakan ibuku yang kugemari sangat) masakan kegemaran ibuku ni dapat setandingnya akhirnye. Sekarang saya tak perlu rindukan masakan mak (ikan bawal goreng) dan saya boleh pergi makan sesuka hatiku apabila perlu. Tetapi sayangnya waktu operasi Restoran Tok Kangar ini hanya pada waktu makan tengahari sahaje. Jikalau lambat perginye, kemungkinan besar habisnye ikan bawal goreng ni. Jadi, bukannya senang sangat nak makannye.
Ikan bawal goreng Restoran Tok Kangar Juru ni kena makan bersama dengan sos soya pedas special buatan Restoran Tok Kangar. Sedikit sos soya dah cukup rasa untuk makan bersama ikan bawal goreng.

ENGLISH version

One of my favourite dish is fish (even now also I love eating fish still). I love to eat fish. Eating fish claims the best and the only source to get the essential amino acids where we cannot obtain from plants and other type of meat and yet this is important for growth. Well, this is what i remember when studied Science subject back in Form 2 during my Secondary schooling time (correct me if i am wrong). That's what I used to tell my mom back then. Hence, she likes to cook fish either steam or fried fish for us. Due to our limited financial back then, mom claimed cant buy us better expensive fish like ma yao, seik ban, hong zou, white bawal fish so she used to buy cheap fish. Yea, she called all the fish she can afford to buy us were cheap fish. Poor mom and bad daughter as I required to eat fish that time. I never blame her buying us cheap fish though.

One of her favourite cooking dishes is fried black bawal fish. Black bawals which are small in size (same size or smaller than the size of my palm) taste no good if steamed and so, mom likes to get them deep fried. I love this dish very much because of the deep fried that makes it so crispy and best to crunch at all time, as snack or even with rice. Basically, one small deep fried black bawal will left with nothing after gone into my mouth because I can even chew the crispy crunchy fish bone and swallow them all. Haha. 


There is this small street hiding along Juru named Jalan Tok Kangar is where my favourite deep fried black bawal is found.
Too bad that not much opportunity now to taste mom's homecooked ever since I started to away from home because of study and work now. I miss every single dish back then, including this deep fried black bawal fish.

But then, lucky me to have found this restaurant which selling my favourite dish when I lived in Simpang Ampat, Tambun, Penang. 
Deep fried black bawal fish is their famous dish. Everyone is after this place for their freshly caught black bawal fish which charged at a moderate price after deep fried and is best served with their special homemade spicy soy sauce.

I have put this in my food hunting list during my recent Penang Trip but too bad that it's closed due to Ramadan month. Thus I am cravingly after this crunchy crispy deep fried black bawal fish right now. Sobsob.. another 3 more weeks to go (2 weeks for the Ramadan and 1 week for them to enjoy Raya festive before they back to work). I am so kind because I do not wanna get back with empty hand, again. lol.
